Can I Pick Up My Purchase?

In most cases Security Systems Online only accepts pick up for items, clearly stated or mentioned on our website.

In order to provide our customers with the best prices, all Security Systems Online products are available for delivery. We do not offer a pickup facility unless stated on the website for that particular product.

We offer Delivery via Australia’s best couriers services.

Can I Pay On Pick Up?

As Security Systems Online is an Online Retailer we do not accept any cash pick ups. All transactions must be completed online prior to picking up.

Please bring all relevant paper work with you.

Can I schedule a time / day for delivery?

Australian couriers deliver between 8am – 6pm from Monday to Friday. It is not possible to schedule an exact time or day for delivery when you place your order.

For some items however, you will receive an email or a call from our Customer Service Team with more details about the courier when the items have left the warehouse that gives you time to manage your deliveries and make last-minute changes if required.

If you aren’t home, a calling card will be left that lets you re-schedule a Delivery.

You can leave a written “Authority to leave” for the driver, but please bear in mind that any damage or loss to unattended goods will be your responsibility and will not be covered under Security Systems Online – Delivery Guarantees.

Wherever possible, we suggest using a work address (including Business Name & Direct Instructions) or an alternate address where someone will be present to sign for your delivery on your behalf.

Assistance with your delivery?

You can contact the Australian Courier directly and quote the tracking number (if available) to receive more detailed information about the delivery process. If you have troubles email us and we will assist you every step of the way.

The courier’s contact number will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

Why do some products take longer to receive then others?

Most branded products are processed and dispatched directly from our warehouse facilities, located all over Australia. In some cases our over seas warehouse carry more stock of the item compared to here in Australia.

The shipping times listed on our website are provided as a general guideline. While we recommend allowing the maximum time frame to receive delivery of your order.

Unsubscribe and Manage Emails or Newsletters?

If you would like to update your email preferences or unsubscribe, simply click the link in the footer of your email from us that says “Unsubscribe or Manage Subscription”.

You will then be presented with a selection of options which will allow you to manage your email preferences.

What Does The Warranty Cover?

All Security Systems Online products come with a minimum 24 month manufactures warranty.

This warranty covers any inquiries you have regarding your product and any manufacturer’s faults that may occur.

Manufacturer faults are problems that develop due to the way a product was made, please keep this in mind. We understand that this can be annoying this is why we will do our best to assist you as fast and as prompt as we can.

If the situation arises where your purchase requires attention, we will organise for the item to be returned free of charge and brought back to Security Systems Online to be serviced by our trained technicians, or sent back to our factory for a fast fix or replacement depending on the technical engineers judgment.

Where Can I Find My Product Code / Model Number or SKU Identification Number ?

In order to quickly find the most relevant articles, we recommend that you search our web site for your product code through our Search Bar.

Your product code is a string of letters and numbers, such as ‘SKU: 12V5AMP-PAU’.

You can find your product code located on the back of the unit that you have purchased.

Security Systems Online accept all MasterCard & Visa cards, we also accept PayPal & AMEX

Do you accept other currencies?

Yes, with International trade we accept US Dollars or Australian Dollars. Payment can only be made via our online portal only, or via PayPal.


Do I Need an Account to Place an Order?

Yes, All purchase would require an account and the reason why Security Systems Online requires an account when purchasing is so that we can properly identify customers purchases and make sure that you are getting the best service possible.
